Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Team Tether mobile application and related services (the “App”), operated by Team Tether(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@teamtether.app if you suspect unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Upload content that is harmful, harassing, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (rosters, schedules, posts, photos, and other information). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the App for you and your team or program.

You are responsible for the content you provide, including any information about children. You represent that you have the authority and any consent necessary to provide such information and that it does not violate the rights of others.

5. Payments and dues

The App helps you track dues and payment status for teams and programs. The App does not process, collect, or transfer money. Any actual payments are arranged and made directly between you and the relevant coach, organization, or program, outside of the App. We are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for them.

6. Service availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We aim to keep the App available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team Tether will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team Tether from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that could harm other users or us.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
