Every team and program has a join code and a QR poster. Parents scan it, add their child, and they are on the roster. Choose open joining, a password, approval by the coach, or invite-only.

Set the team's dues once: a single up-front amount or a monthly fee with an optional collect-until total. Give any player a custom plan. Families see exactly what they owe and when it is due; you see who has paid, at a glance.

Paying by card inside the app is built and being finished off — it is not switched on yet. When it is, you will connect a payout account in about five minutes and a Pay button will appear next to every amount owed: families pay by card, get a receipt by email, and the row turns Paid on its own. Until then, dues tracking does the job by hand — every family still sees exactly what they owe, and you mark cash, checks and transfers paid.

Arriving alongside card payments. For monthly dues, a family will be able to switch on auto-pay, and the card is charged on the coach's due day each month. If the fee changes or the child leaves, auto-pay switches itself off and the family is told — nobody gets charged for something they didn't agree to.

Team Tether is for adults. A child has no account, no password and no messages. Who can see what is enforced in the database itself, not just in the app, and two-factor sign-in is one tap away in settings.
